BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

1. General

These booking and cancellation terms apply to all accommodation reservations unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and the accommodation provider.

By making a reservation, the customer accepts these booking and cancellation terms.

2. Reservations and Booking Confirmation

Reservations can be made through the website, email, or other available booking channels.

A reservation becomes binding and confirmed only after the booking has been paid in full.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid reservations.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Visma Pay.

The available payment methods are determined according to the payment options provided by Visma Pay.

By completing the payment, the customer also accepts Visma Pay’s terms and conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made directly through the booking system.

Months Other Than July

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the stay.

For cancellations made after this period, a fee equal to the first night of the reservation will be charged.

July

For reservations during July, free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the start of the reservation.

For cancellations made after this period, a fee equal to the first night of the reservation will be charged.

The above cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available at the time stated in the booking confirmation.

Check-out must take place by the time stated in the booking confirmation on the day of departure.

Any late arrivals must be communicated in advance.

6. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and for any damage they may cause.

Guests are expected to maintain general cleanliness and respect other guests and the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be charged in full to the guest.

7. House Rules

The accommodation facilities are intended only for the persons specified in the reservation.

Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The entire property is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.

Pets must be agreed upon separately in advance.

8. Force Majeure

The accommodation provider is not liable for interruptions or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural events, power outages, government actions, or other force majeure situations
